To enable Gmail’s Package Tracking feature, follow these steps: Open the Gmail app on your phone, tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top left, and select Settings at the bottom.
Locate and select your email address (in case you manage multiple Gmail accounts) and scroll to the General section.
Here you will have to Find the Package Tracking option and enable it. You may need to enable Smart features and personalization first.
After enabling the Package Tracking feature, Gmail extracts shipping info from tracking numbers in your email and displays the status of those packages in the inbox. You’ll see this in a text below each email, indicating the expected delivery date.
this feature is only available in the Gmail app for mobile devices. However, Google has confirmed that this feature will be available in the web app in the future.
